摘要
BIM 5D的概念技术软件可有效解决单位工程中规模较大、结构复杂、项目管理相对困难的工程问题。文章以北京建筑大学体育馆工程建设项目为例,基于BIM 5D技术对工程建设进度进行模拟,可更高效的解决项目工程管理中遇到的问题。将工程实际进度与计划进度进行对比,利用信息化模拟工程建设过程,检查施工阶段的可实施性,以及提早预判计划和实际的工艺偏差,进度预警,并及时进行工作调整。
BIM 5 D conceptual technology software can effectively solve the problems in the large-sized unit engineering with complex structures and relatively difficult project management.This paper takes the gymnasium project of Beijing Jianzhu University as an example and simulates the construction progress based on BIM 5 D-based technology,so as to solve the problems encountered in project management more efficiently.In such way,the actual progress of the project can be compared with the planned progress,the construction process can be simulated by informationization approach,the feasibility in the construction stage can be checked,the plan and actual process deviation can be predicted in advance,so as to make an early warning of progress and adjust the work is in good time.
