基于海绵城市理念的天津市老旧小区改造策略探析

Studies on the Sponge City-based Renovation Strategies of Old Residential Areas in Tianjin

老旧小区相对于新建小区存在诸多问题,如建设年代久远,基础设施欠佳,绿地面积不足,道路破损等,居民改造的意愿比较强烈。海绵城市理将会是城市发展的重要方向,也将会是老旧小区改造的重要方法。文章对海绵城市的基本理念、天津市老旧小区海绵化建设背景的作了简要概述,继而在此基础上提出了老旧小区海绵化改造的原则,并对天津市老旧小区海绵化改造存在的问题进行总结,最后从道路系统、绿化系统以及排水系统三个方面作为改造策略进行分析。

There exist more problems in the old residential area compared with the new residential area,such as long history of construction,poor infrastructure,insufficient green space,damaged roads and so on.Residents’willingness to renovate is relatively strong.Sponge city will be an important trend of urban development as well as an important method of renovation.This paper gives a brief overview of the basic concept of sponge city,and puts forward the sponge renovation principles of old residential areas,and summarizes the problems existing in the sponge renovation of the old residential areas in Tianjin.Finally,the paper analyses the renovation strategies on the three aspects of road system,greening system and drainage system.
