马蹄荷优良家系造林试验初探

A Primary Research into Superior Families Afforestation Experiment on Exbucklandia populnea

分别以代表广西东部、南部、西部和北部的15个经初步选优的马蹄荷家系为试材,在广西西部的那坡县和东部的岑溪市开展造林试验,以期为营造马蹄荷人工用材林提供优良家系。结果表明:西部那坡县试验点不同家系的树高、胸径生长量有显著差异,东部岑溪市试验点不同家系的树高、胸径生长量有差异但不显著;对比两个试验点的造林试验结果,不论在广西的东部还是西部来自西部的家系表现均较为突出,综合考虑不同家系树高和胸径的生长量排名、相比各家系总平均值的增幅和混系种植的需要,为西部区域初步筛选出那坡3、那坡6、那坡5和那坡4等4个优良家系,为东部区域初步筛选出那坡2、那坡5、那坡6和那坡4等4个候选优良家系。因造林试验时间尚短,应继续观测至1/2个轮伐期,以确保试验结果的稳定性和试验结论的科学性。

The afforestation experiments are carried out in Napo county in western Guangxi and Cenxi city in eastern Guangxi with 15 selected families of Exbucklandia populnea representing the eastern,southern,western and northern parts of Guangxi respectively,in order to provide excellent families for the construction of Exbucklandia populnea plantation.The results show that there are significant differences in height and diameter at breast height(DBH)growth among different Exbucklandia populnea families in Napo county,while there are no significant differences in height and DBH growth among different families in Cenxi city.Compared with the results of afforestation test at two experimental sites,the performance of Exbucklandia populnea families from the east and west of Guangxi is outstanding.The growth ranking of height and DBH of different families,the increase of the total average value of each family and the need of mixed-family planting are considered to compare the results of afforestation test at two experimental sites.Four excellent families,Napo 3,Napo 6,Napo 5 and Napo 4,are preliminarily screened for the western region,and four candidate families,Napo 2,Napo 5,Napo 6 and Napo 4 are preliminarily screened for the eastern region.Because the afforestation test time is not long enough,1/2 rotation period should be observed to ensure the stability of the test results and the scientificity of the test conclusions.
