应用型地方院校统计类学生就业能力培养的现状分析

Current Status Analysis of the Cultivation of the Employment Ability for Statistical Majors in Applied Local Colleges

以广西某高校为研究样本,对其统计类在校生进行问卷调查,以分析统计类学生就业能力培养现状。调查结果显示:对就业最有用英语四六级证书和初级会计证书的考取率较低;专业知识能力最为薄弱;入党、任学生干部、积累社会经验和参与社团活动有利于就业能力的提升。

In order to analyze the present situation of employment ability training on the statistics majors,the questionnaire survey is conducted by taking a university in Guangxi as the research sample.The results show that pass rate of College English Test band four or six and junior accountant certificate which is the most useful in employment are low.Moreover,professional knowledge is the weakest.In addition,becoming a member of Communist Party of China,or a student leader,accumulating social experience and participating in club activities and so on are helpful for improving employment ability.
