摘要 本系统由ABB工业机器人本体,水刀切割系统,PLC控制系统及切割平台及附件等组成,水刀切割系统,为切割作业提供持续稳定的高压水射流,它需要辅助切割器(如管道切割器)、割枪总成及高低压软管协助其完成切割作业。通过对工业机器人运行轨迹规划编程,水刀可以对需要切割的材料进行任意曲线的一次性切割加工;切割时产生的热量会立即被高速流动的水射流带走,并且不产生有害物质,材料无热效应(冷态切割),切割后不需要或易于二次加工,具有环保,速度较快、效率较高,可实现任意曲线的切割加工,方便灵活、用途广泛。水切割是目前适用性较好的成熟切割工艺方法。通过工业机器人与水刀系统的组合,解决了常规火焰切割易变形,精度差的问题。本方案涉及ABB工业机器人、水刀切割技术领域。水刀切割具有低噪音,无环境污染,冷切割,切割效率较高等特点。 The system consists of ABB industrial robot body,water knife cutting system,PLC control system and cutting platform and accessories,etc..The water knife cutting system provides continuous and stable high pressure water jet for cutting operations.It needs an auxiliary cutter(such as a pipe cutter),a cutting gun assembly,and a high and low pressure hose to complete the cutting operation.By programming the trajectory of the industrial robot,the water knife can cut any curve of the material that needs to be cut.The heat generated during cutting will be immediately taken away by the high-speed flow of water,and no harmful substances will be produced.The material has no heat effect(cold cutting),no need or easy secondary processing after cutting,and is environmentally friendly.Fast and efficient,Can achieve any curve cutting process,convenient and flexible,widely used.Water cutting is a mature cutting process with good applicability at present.Through the combination of industrial robot and water knife system,the problem of easy deformation and poor precision of conventional flame cutting is solved.This scheme relates to ABB industrial robot,water knife cutting technology.Waterknife cutting has the characteristics of low noise,no environmental pollution,cold cutting,and high cutting efficiency.
