全氟聚醚橡胶防护脂的制备及性能

汽车车门,天窗等重要部位的密封橡胶在使用过程中会逐渐老化,在橡胶表面涂抹防护剂可以抑制橡胶的老化。用直链全氟聚醚基础油,聚四氟乙烯和特定的咪唑啉衍生物添加剂制备了全氟聚醚橡胶防护脂。制备的全氟聚醚橡胶防护脂与橡胶的相容性好,吸附力强,涂覆在橡胶密封件上能够增加橡胶的拉伸强度和硬度,可有效地抑制橡胶的老化,对橡胶密封件具有良好的保护作用。

Sealing rubber in important parts of automobile doors,skylights and so on would gradually aging in the course of use.Applying protective agent on the rubber surface could inhibit the aging of rubber.Perfluoropolyether rubber protective grease was prepared from straight-chain perfluoropolyether base oil,polytetrafluoroethylene and specific imidazoline derivative additive.The prepared perfluoropolyether rubber protective grease had good compatibility with rubber and strong adhesive force.Stretch strength and hardness could be increased by coating on the rubber seals.And it would effectively inhibit the aging of rubber,and had a good protective effect on rubber seals.
