摘要
汽车液力缓速器属于辅助制动装置,可在短时间内提供较大的制动转矩,降低汽车因制动不彻底而发生交通事故的概率,提高车辆行驶的安全性。目前液力缓速器使用发动机油或齿轮油作为工作介质,还没有专门的液力缓速器润滑油。对液力缓速器的工作原理及液力缓速器润滑油的性能进行了综述。随着对驾驶安全性及舒适性的提高,越来越多的汽车将会安装液力缓速器,因此开发配套的液力缓速器润滑油具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。
Hydraulic retarder was an auxiliary brake device,which could provide large braking torque in a short time,reduce the probability of traffic accidents caused by incomplete braking,and improve the safety of vehicle driving.At present,the engine lubes or gear lubes were used as working medium on the hydraulic retarder,and there was no special hydraulic retarder lubricants.The working principle of hydraulic retarder and the performance of hydraulic retarder lubricants were summarized.With the improvement of driving safety and comfort,more and more automobiles would install hydraulic retarders.Therefore,the development of matching hydraulic retarder lubricants had certain economic and social benefits.
