现代大型蓄热式焦炉蓄热室结构的研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了现代蓄热式焦炉(炭化室高度<6 m的焦炉)和现代大型蓄热式焦炉(炭化室高度≥6 m的焦炉)蓄热室的基本结构。基于硅砖晶型转化温度和焦炉蓄热室温度场的分析,蓄热室单、主墙上下部应采用不同材质耐火材料且不同材料之间应设置滑动层;根据焦炉横排温度调节困难的实际生产情况,论述了蓄热室采用分格结构有利于在冷端对焦炉立火道燃烧状态进行精确和定量调节;通过对蓄热室对称式和非对称式烟道的分析,认为非对称式烟道有利于焦炉热工调节的自动化和智能化;通过对新日铁(NSC)式分格结构和奥托(OTTO)式分格结构实践的分析,并综合上述结论,得出分格隔墙与蓄热室单、主墙之间应设置膨胀缝且不应采用咬合结构。 The basic structures of modern regenerative coke oven(coke oven with the height of carbonization chamber<6 meters,referred to as conventional coke oven)and modern large regenerative coke oven(coke oven with the height of carbonization chamber≥6 meters)were introduced.Based on the analysis of the crystal transition temperature of silicon brick and the temperature field of coke oven regenerative chamber,different refractory materials should be used in the lower and upper part of the regenerator single wall and main wall,with sliding layer set between different materials.According to the actual production situation that it was difficult to adjust the horizontal row temperature of coke oven,it was discussed that adopting the lattice structure of regenerator was beneficial to accurately and quantitatively adjust the combustion state of coke oven vertical flue at the cold end.Through the analysis of symmetrical and asymmetrical flue in regenerator,it was concluded that asymmetrical flue was beneficial to automation and intelligence of coke oven thermal regulation.By analyzing the practice of NSC lattice structure and OTTO lattice structure,and summarizing the above conclusions,it was concluded that expansion joints should be set between the partition wall and the single and main wall of regenerator,and the socket structure should not be adopted.
