摘要
针对我国大量小规模煤化工装置气头效率低、污染重的问题,开发了小型干煤粉加压气化工艺。介绍了该工艺水冷壁循环系统的流程及特点,气化炉、烧嘴的关键技术,低负荷浓相输送技术的研究以及系统控制方案的开发。该技术在小型化工企业、焦炉煤气综合利用及小型合成氨气头改造中建立了工业示范装置,已投料运行的装置显示,装置运行平稳,各项运行指标优于设计值。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and heavy pollution of a large number of small-scale coal chemical plants,a small-scale dry pulverized coal pressure gasification process was developed.The process and characteristics of water-wall circulating system,the key technology of the gasifier and the burner,the research of low-load dense-phase transport and the development of the system control scheme were introduced.The industrial demonstration unit was established for the application of this technology in small chemical plant,comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas,and renovation of small-scale ammonia plant.The units which were already put into operation showed that they had smooth operation and various operating indicators were better than the design values.
