摘要
为贯彻国家大气污染防治行动计划,实现焦化厂超低排放,邢钢焦化厂实施了焦炉烟气深度治理环境提升项目,对1^#、2^#焦炉新建“SDS干法脱硫+SCR脱硝+余热回收”装置,进行焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝及余热回收处理。装置投运后,2018年2^#焦炉烟气连续排放检测显示:颗粒物平均质量浓度1.13 mg/m^3、SO2平均质量浓度3.16 mg/m^3、NOx平均质量浓度62.29 mg/m^3,低于国家超低排放标准限值;采用该技术后,不含投资吨焦运行费用9元左右。
In order to better implement the national action plan for air pollution prevention and control and realize ultra-low emission in coking plant,Xinggang Coking Plant has implemented the project of improving environment for deep treatment of coke oven flue gas,and newly built the unit of SDS dry desulfurization,SCR denitrification and waste heat recovery in 1^# and 2^# coke ovens for desulfurization and denitrification of coke oven flue gas and waste heat recovery treatment.After the unit was put into operation,2#coke oven flue gas continuous emission test in 2018 showed that the average mass concentration of particles was 1.13 mg/m^3,that of SO2 was 3.16 mg/m^3,and that of NOx was 62.29 mg/m^3,far below the values of national ultra-low emission standard.After this technology was adopted,the operating expense excluding investment was around RMB9 per ton of coke.
