高校青年研究生导师自主专业发展障碍与支持策略

摘要 青年研究生导师是我国高校研究生培养队伍的重要力量,提升青年研究生导师专业发展水平是保障教育质量的重要抓手。通过对高校青年研究生导师自主专业发展现状进行调查,发现许多青年研究生导师自主专业发展意识不强、自主专业发展功利化严重、自主专业发展制度不健全,制约其专业发展和成长。基于此,应强化青年研究生导师的自主专业发展意识,提升自主专业发展能力;促进高校参与支持、完善自主专业发展制度;发挥政府及相关部门的引领作用,营造自主专业发展环境,多主体共同促进高校青年研究生导师的自主专业发展。 Young graduate tutors are an important force in the training of graduate students in Colleges and universities in China.Promoting the professional development level of young graduate tutors is an important grasp to ensure the quality of education.By looking into the current situation of the independent professional development of young graduate tutors in Colleges and universities,it is found that many young graduate tutors have weak consciousness of independent professional development,serious utilitarianism of independent professional development,and imperfect system of independent professional development,which restrict their professional development and growth.Based on this,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of independent professional development of young graduate tutors,enhance the ability of independent professional development;promote the participation of colleges and universities,improve the independent professional development system;give full play to the leading role of the government and relevant departments,create an environment for independent professional development,and jointly promote the independent professional development of young graduate tutors in Colleges and universities.
