浅析抗日战争时期地方银行的社会功能——以西北农民银行为例

On the Social Functions of Local Banks During the Second Sino-Japanese War——Take Northwest Peasant Bank as an Example

抗日战争时期,地方银行在根据地区域内大量出现,它们在其控制区内发行纸币、实施农贷,对促进区域内农村经济的恢复与发展、支持抗战、巩固根据地发展方面等起到了重要作用。本文以西北农民银行为例,从抗日战争时期兴县及周边地区的经济状况入手,着重对其在农村经济促进、整顿货币维护市场稳定、巩固抗日根据地、促进区域内贸易平衡等四个方面的社会功能进行了论述,探寻西北农民银行在抗战时期对社会发展所产生的积极作用。

During the Second Sino-Japanese War,a large number of local banks appeared in China.They issued currency and implemented agricultural loans in their controlled areas,which played an important role in promoting the recovery and development of the regional rural economy,supporting the Anti-Japanese War and consolidating the development of the areas.Taking Northwest Peasant Bank as an example,this paper starts with the economic situation of Xingxian county and its surrounding areas during the Second Sino-Japanese War and mainly deals with its social functions in four aspects:promoting the rural economy,rectifying the currency and maintaining the market stability,consolidating the Anti-Japanese base areas,and promoting the regional trade balance,so as to explore the positive role of Northwest Peasant Bank in the social development during the Second Sino-Japanese War.
