从《诸病源候论》阐释先兆流产的病因病机

先兆流产为妇科常见病,对胚胎的正常发育以及孕妇的身心健康有不利影响,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势。《诸病源候论》是我国第一部论述病因病机和证候的专著,其对于先兆流产病因病机的论述最多创见。本文经过整理、分析《诸病源候论》中对于先兆流产病因病机的相关论述,得出其主要病因病机来源于孕妇和胎儿两方面,具体包括孕妇冲脉、任脉虚、过劳、触冒冷热、饮食不当、起居失宜、跌扑损伤以及胎儿胎气不固等,掌握先兆流产的病因病机将有利于对先兆流产进行早期预防和治疗。

A threatened abortion is a common gynaecological disease that adversely affects the normal development of the embryo and the physical and mental health of the pregnant woman.In recent years,its incidence has shown an upward trend.Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun is the first monograph about syndromes of source of disease in China.It was concerned with etiology and pathogenesis about threatened abortion.According to Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,threatened abortion’etiology is from both pregnant woman and embryo.Concretely speaking.the reson is the weakness of chong vessel and ren vessel,eparsalgia,getting cold or heat,improper diet,improper living,injury from falling down and weakness of fetal Qi.Understanding the threatened abortion from the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis is beneficial to the early prevention and treatment of threatened abortion.
