补肾助孕法孕前调理治疗复发性流产的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion by tonifying kidney and promoting pregnancy before pregnancy

目的:系统评价补肾助孕法孕前调理治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。研究方法:采用随机对照方法,选取符合复发性流产属黄体功能不足诊断的肾脾亏虚证患者60例,治疗组30例,妊娠前孕前调理服用补肾助孕方3个月,对照组30例,妊娠前不服中药孕前调理;2组妊娠后均服用补肾安胎方保胎至妊娠12周,部分根据需要适当加用黄体酮胶丸。结果:2组患者妊娠结局比较,治疗组30例患者中3例失败,总有效率90.0%,对照组30例患者中有10例失败,总有效率66.67%,治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾助孕法于孕前调理治疗复发性流产能够明显提高孕后保胎的成功率,有效防止自然流产再次发生。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of prenatal conditioning with Kidney-tonifying and pregnancy-supporting method in the treatment of recurrent abortion.Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted to select 60 patients with Kidney-spleen deficiency syndrome who were diagnosed as luteal insufficiency by recurrent abortion.The treatment group consisted of 30 patients,who received Bushen Zhuyun Formula for 3 months before pregnancy,and the control group consisted of 30 patients,who did not take traditional Chinese medicine before pregnancy.Result:The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared:3 cases in the treatment group failed,the total effective rate was 90.0%,10 cases in the control group failed,the total effective rate was 66.67%.The effective rate of treatment group is significantly better than control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Kidney-tonifying and pregnancy-assisting therapy in the treatment of recurrent abortion before pregnancy can significantly improve the success rate of postnatal care and effectively prevent the recurrence of spontaneous abortion.
