JIANG Kai-ping’s Clinical Experience in The Identification of Yin Fire and Ministerial Fire

从中医典籍溯源相火与阴火出发,阐释蒋开平教授对相火与阴火概念、病位、病理、生理及致病特点的认识要点,进一步总结其辨析相火阴火的学术观点:对于相火与阴火致病,应基于定病位、问寒热、重脉象、辨虚实,整合相火阴火理法方药统一界面,在此基础上将相火与阴火致病凝练为阴虚火旺、阳虚火浮、相火妄动、脾胃气虚阴火上冲4种证型,结合多年临床经验,针对上述证型提出相应治法方药,并以临床实际应用举例说明,认真领悟实践,可提高临床疗效,实用价值大。

Summarizing Jiang Kai-ping's experience of the clinical diagnosis and treatment based on the theory of Yin Fire and Ministerial Fire.By the way of interpretation of the concept,pathophysiology,and characteristics of Yin Fire and Ministerial Fire according to the Chinese traditional medical books,Jiang Kai-ping's academic viewpoints on integrating Yin Fire and Ministerial Fire are summarized.Jiang Kai-ping advocated that the diseases of Yin Fire and Ministerial Fire are divided into Yin-Deficiency and Fire-Hyperactivity syndrome,Yang-Deficiency and Fire-Floating syndrome,Ministerial fire Hyperactivity syndrome,Qi-deficiency of spleen and stomach and Yin Fire-Hyperactivity syndrome by identification of the position of the disease,cold and heat,type of pulse,deficiency,and excess.According to his long-term clinical experience,Jiang Kai-ping put forward the different therapies and prescriptions related to these syndromes,which fits the clinical application very well.The clinical efficacy will be greatly improved with mastering and practicing this theory.
