中药提取物在肾细胞癌基础研究中的作用及其机制研究进展

Role and Mechanism of Chinese Drug Extract in The Basic Research of Renal Cell Carcinoma

肾细胞癌是泌尿系常见恶性肿瘤之一,目前治疗以手术为主,分期较晚者给予靶向药物治疗。近年来研究显示,中药辅助治疗在肾细胞癌患者临床症状的控制、改善患者预后和提高生存质量方面有一定作用。本文通过整理多种中药提取物或其有效成分作用于肾细胞癌的基础研究报道,从影响肾癌细胞生长周期、促进肾癌细胞凋亡、抑制肾癌细胞迁移和增强肾癌患者机体抗肿瘤免疫等方面,归纳出中药提取物作用于肾细胞癌的作用机制特点,为进一步研究中医药在肾癌临床治疗中的价值提供有益参考。

Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)is one of the common malignant tumors in urinary system,which is mainly treated by surgery,and those with late stages are often treated with targeted drugs.Recent studies have shown that adjuvant therapy with Chinese medicine can not only relief clinical symptom of patients with RCC,but also improve prognosis and life quality.In this review,we have collected the basic researches of many kinds of Chinese medicine extract or its active components on RCC,and we have summarized some mechanism characteristics of those Chinese medicine from the aspects of affecting the growth cycle of RCC cells,promoting apoptosis of RCC cells,inhibiting migration of RCC cells and enhancing anti-tumor immunity of patients with RCC cells.This review might benifit to the further studies which evaluate the value of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of RCC.
