摘要
探讨三型两网有关电力系统数据采集分析的结构化要求和数据应用方法。在电力系统要素相对固定,系统关系相对明确的基础上,对电力系统进行数据化、结构化描述,并通过语义学表达,充分发掘数据内涵,便于相关数据在电子化生产管理系统及进一步在三型两网相关应用中展现和应用。
This paper discusses"hub-featured enterprise,platform-based enterprise,sharing-oriented enterprise,strong smart grid,ubiquitous power IoT"in terms of structuring requirements for data collection and analysis of electric power system and corresponding data application method.On the basis of relatively fixed electric power system elements and clear system relations,the electric power system is described in a data-based and structured way,and the connotation of data is fully explored through semantic expression,facilitating the presentation and application of relevant data in the electronic production management system and further in relevant applications of"hub-featured enterprise,platform-based enterprise,sharing-oriented enterprise,strong smart grid,ubiquitous power IoT".
