论公办高职院校企业学院运行须处理的“八大关系”

Eight Relations Should be Handled Well in the Operation of Enterprise Colleges in Public Vocational Colleges

企业学院是公办高职院校产教融合、校企合作的有效载体,是企业深度参与校企协同育人的标志。但许多公办高职院校的企业学院名不符实,对专业建设的贡献并不显著,甚至虎头蛇尾中途夭折。公办高职院校的企业学院要良好运行,发挥其在专业建设中的重要作用,校企双方须正确处理好校企双方投入与产出的关系、高校章程与企业学院章程的关系、学校决策与企业学院决策的关系、二级院系与企业学院的关系、教学内容与产业项目的关系、教学质量与项目质量的关系、教学管理与项目管理的关系、院校职工身份与企业职工身份的关系等“八大关系”。

Enterprise college is an effective carrier for the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises in public higher vocational colleges,which is the sign of enterprise's deep participation in school-enterprise cooperative education.However,many enterprise colleges in public higher vocational colleges are unworthy of their names,because they don't make prominent contributions to the specialty construction and even die on the vine.In order to make enterprise colleges work well and play an important role in specialty construction,colleges and enterprises should both correctly handle eight relations,namely,the relationship between input and output of both sides,the relationship between university charter and enterprise college charter,the relationship between school decision and enterprise college decision,the relationship between secondary department and enterprise college,the relationship between teaching contents and industry projects,the relationship between teaching quality and project quality,the relationship between teaching management and project management,the relationship between the identity of college staff and enterprise staff.
