高职学生工程实践能力培养的探索与实践——以天津中德应用技术大学为例

摘要 以高职院校机电类专业人才培养为切入点,分析高职学生工程实践能力培养存在的问题,探讨“产教融合、校企交替、双主体”应用型人才培养模式;构建基于工程实践能力培养的“双平台+职业能力”培养课程体系,形成“校内课堂+教学工场+企业生产一线”的教学形式;通过第二课堂延展学生创新能力的培养,搭建“产学研”平台助推青年教师工程实践能力的提高,探索高职教育技术技能应用型人才培养的新途径。 Taking the training of electromechanical talents of higher vocational education as the starting point,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the engineering practice ability of higher vocational students'cultivation,explores the application-oriented mode of"integration of production and education,school-enterprise exchange and dual-subject",constructs a"dual platform+professional ability"training curriculum system on the basis of engineering practice ability training,forms the instruction form of"school classroom+teaching workshop+enterprise production line",builds students'innovative ability through second classrooms,improves the engineering-practice ability of young teachers with the platform of industry,teaching and research,and explores a new way to train technical skill-applied talents in the interaction between education and industry.
