The Talent Cultivation of Ideological and Political Education Based on the Idea of OBE: Problem,Standard and Path

长期以来思想政治教育专业人才培养的目标定位存在与社会需求和培养方式不相匹配的问题,究其根本在于培养理念的不匹配,这使得人才培养规格偏离了既定的设置要求。OBE理念的引入改变了这一状况,其强调将社会需求作为人才培养的起点,注重以学生为中心、产出导向和持续改进。因此,必须以OBE理念统摄思想政治教育专业人才培养的目标定位、规格和路径。

The problem that the target location of talent cultivation cannot meet the requirements of society and the style of talent cultivation has long perplexed the major of ideological and political education.Its root cause is the misconception of talent cultivation,which results in the deviation of the cultivation standard from the set requirements.The present paper holds that the current situation would change through the idea of OBE which emphasizes that the departure point of talent cultivation is the requirement of society,and which is student-centered,aiming at the outcome-based education and continuous quality improvement.Therefore,the idea of OBE is to be employed to govern the target location,standard and path of talent cultivation of ideological and political education.
