摘要
工作匹配对个体的工作流动有显著影响。本文基于全国9省的数据,从城乡义务教育教师与学校工作匹配的角度对其流动意向的影响进行分析,研究发现:农村教师的流动意向总体高于城市教师。家校匹配和薪资匹配对城市教师和农村教师的流动意向均产生显著影响,但在影响类别和程度上存在一定差异;质量匹配仅对农村教师的流动意向产生显著影响;而时间匹配和专业匹配对城乡教师的流动意向均不产生显著影响。要有效抑制和引导义务教育教师流动,需要就城乡教师流动问题进行针对性分析,并制定差异化的治理策略。
Job matching has a significant impact on individual job flow.Based on the data of 9 provinces in China,this paper analyzes the influence of rural and urban compulsory education teachers’mobility intentions from the perspective of matching their work with school work,and finds that rural teachers’mobility intentions are generally higher than those of urban teachers.Home-school matching and salary matching have a significant influence on the mobility intentions of urban teachers and rural teachers,but with some differences in the types and degrees of influence.Quality matching only has a significant impact on rural teachers’mobility intention.Time matching and professional matching have no significant effect on the mobility intentions of urban and rural teachers.In order to effectively restrain and guide the flow of teachers in compulsory education,it is necessary to analyze the problem of the flow of urban and rural teachers and formulate differentiated governance strategies.
