摘要
在全面深化教育领域综合改革的背景下,高校后勤如何运用“供给侧结构性改革”理论,发现、分析并解决当下亟待解决的问题,寻找结构治理的有效途径,已成为改革必须直面的课题。通过分析后勤服务供给侧改革的内外需求,针对后勤服务存在的问题,提出供给侧改革背景下高校后勤结构治理改革路径。高校后勤通过社会化改革、创新机制、大后勤数据平台及公共服务共建共享等方法,打造一流现代化服务体系,将更好地为高校师生服务。
Against the backdrop of comprehensively deepening the education reform,it has already become a hard nut to crack for colleges and universities how they can apply the theory of supply-side structure reform,discover,analyze and solve the current urgent problems,and find effective ways for structure governance.By analyzing the internal and external demands of the supply-side reform of logistics services,this paper comes up with the reform path of college logistics structure management in the context of supply-side reform.Through social reform,innovation mechanism,huge logistics data platform and joint construction and sharing of public services,university logistics will build a first-class modern services system with a view to better serving the teaching staff and students of colleges and universities.
