摘要
加强智能电能表全寿命周期质量管控,是保障智能电能表计量准确、正常稳定运行的重要措施。详细分析了智能电能表研制生产、验收检测和运行环节的质量管控要点,并提出了研制生产环节的质量管控包括设计方案评审和可靠性预测审查。
It is an important step to guarantee accurate measurement and steady operation of intelligent energy meter by strengthening its total life cycle quality management and control.In this paper,the key points of quality management and control for the three links are respectively analyzed in detail.And the three links are developed and produced,checked and tested before being accepted and running.Quality management and control in development and production link includes evaluation of design scheme and reliability prediction review in this paper.
