摘要
为探索海藻多糖可溶性粉对自然感染PCV2仔猪血清中细胞因子的调节作用,随机选取80头35-50日龄自然感染PCV2的仔猪,设海藻多糖可溶性粉高(400 mg/kg)、中(200 mg/kg)、低(100 mg/kg)剂量组及黄芪多糖对照组,连续用药7 d;另设阳性对照组和无PCV2感染阴性对照组,每组20头。从给药开始连续14 d观察仔猪临床症状,分别于用药前、用药后第7、14天,每组随机选取10头前腔静脉采血,检测血清中IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ及IgG水平。结果显示,相比于用药前,在用药后第7、14天,各用药组临床症状改善明显;血清中IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IgG含量有不同程度升高。结果表明,给予不同剂量的海藻多糖可溶性粉7 d,可提高自然感染PCV2的仔猪免疫能力,且临床推荐给药剂量为200 mg/kg饲料,连用7 d。
To investigate the regulatory effect of seaweed polysaccharide soluble powder(SP) on the levels of cytokines in serum of piglets,80 35-50 day old piglets naturally infected with PCV2 s were selected and randomly divided into four groups. The animals were treated with SP at doses of 400 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg or 100 mg/kg for 7 consecutive days in three treatment groups. A drug-controlled group of piglets were treated with Astragalus polysaccharide at a dose of 200 mg/kg for 7 consecutive days. A positive control group of piglets were naturally infected with PCV2, and a negative control group of piglets were without PCV2 infection. Each group contained 20 piglets. Clinical symptoms of the piglets were observed continuously for 14 days starting from the first treatment. The values of IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ and IgG in serum were detected in 10 animals of each group on the day before treatment, and on the 7 th and 14 th days after treatment. The results showed that the clinical symptoms of the animals in each treatment group were improved significantly on the 7 th and 14 th days after treatment. The levels of IL-2, IL-6, IFN-γ,TNF-α and IgG in serum were increased. The findings indicated that the administration of the three doses of SP for 7 days promoted immune function of the piglets with PCV2-infection, and the recommended dose of seaweed polysaccharide for the clinical use was 200 mg/kg for 7 consecutive days.
