摘要
牛冠状病毒(bovine coronavirus, BCoV)是导致牛消化道和呼吸道疫病的主要病原之一,其在国内养殖业的感染报道较少。本试验对牛冠状病毒感染情况及其与临床罹患呼吸道疾病综合征犊牛的临床症状相关性开展研究。在奶牛养殖量较大的14个省市随机选择29个规模化牧场,对未断奶的犊牛进行呼吸道疾病综合征评估,选取单一症状典型的犊牛采集血清和鼻咽拭子。在176份样品中BCoV阳性共38份,阳性率为21.59%。统计发现,采自黑龙江的病料中冠状病毒检出率最高(70%),新疆次之,山西、上海、安徽未检出BCoV阳性样品;阳性病例与呼吸道疾病疾病综合征临床症状的相关性分析表明,病畜的发热、鼻腔分泌物性状改变与感染牛冠状病毒密切相关。本研究为牛冠状病毒感染导致犊牛呼吸道疾病综合征的临床诊断提供了参考。
Bovine coronavirus(BCoV) is one of the primary pathogens related to enteric and respiratory diseases in cattle worldwide, which is not sufficiently reported in China in terms of infection. In this study, the infection of BCoV and its correlation with clinical symptoms of respiratory disease syndrome in calves were investigated. A total of 29 large-scale pastures were randomly selected from 14 provinces with high dairy production volume to evaluate the disease of clinical respiratory syndrome on calves before weaning. Samples of serum and nasopharyngeal swabs were collected from calves with typical single symptoms. The results indicated that 38 in 176 samples were infected BCoV at a positive rate of 21.59%. Statistics showed that the detection rate of coronavirus was the highest(70%) among the disease samples collected from Heilongjiang Province, followed by Xinjiang, but the samples from Shanxi, Shanghai and Anhui provinces were negative. The correlation analysis between positive cases and clinical symptoms of respiratory disease syndrome showed that fever and nasal secretion changes in the infected animals were closely related to BCoV infection. This study provided a reference for clinical diagnosis of calf respiratory disease syndrome caused by BCoV infection.
