微伏级T波电交替对急性心肌梗死患者再灌注后室性心律失常的预测价值 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,随着社会竞争压力增大及生活水平的提高,我国急性心肌梗死(AMI)的发病率呈明显上升趋势,且趋于年轻化。在时间窗允许的情况下,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)常常是首选,但再灌注后的室性心律失常是直接影响患者的远期预后及病死率的元凶。目前已证实微伏级T波电交替(MTWA)能有效预测恶心室性心律失常(室性心动过速、心室颤动)的发生及心脏性猝死(SCD)[1],是一项无创心电学检测方法。本研究应用动态心电图(Holter)时域法测量AMI PCI术后的患者MT-WA,旨在探讨其预测恶心室性心律失常的价值。
