高密度推拉自锁连接器灌封工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 指控系统装备中,高密度推拉自锁连接器因体积小、安装使用环境恶劣,极易发生断线、短路等质量问题。针对此类故障模式,以八芯插针式高密度推拉自锁连接器为研究对象,开展灌封工艺研究。通过分析不同灌封工艺,确定了采用注塑工艺方案,介绍了注塑工艺主要操作过程及试验结果。应用结果表明,注塑工艺灌封的连接器具有良好的电气性能,适用于高密度推拉自锁连接器产品灌封;同时,对高密度推拉自锁连接器灌封工艺的研究具有一定的指导意义。 The quality issues such as short circuit and disconnection were occurred frequently on high density push-pull connectors which used for command and control equipment because of small volume.Pouring process of the high density push-pull connector was researched for such failure mode.Through analysis different kind of pouring process,adopted injection molding process,and introduced major operational process,analyzed process testing result.Application results showed that the injection molding process was proper for the high density push-pull connector,and the product had good electrical property.Meanwhile,it had some significance for the research of high density Push-pull connector.
