摘要
进行应力测试之前需使用测试设备检测应变线路通断情况,现有测试设备线路连接复杂繁琐,检测与正式测试需重复拆卸,且存在多场地重复运输的冲突,以及占用检测设备资源和人力资源问题。针对上述问题,提出基于51单片机的数码管显示电路,单片机重复扫描数码管线路通断。通路,数码管显示对应的线路编号;断路,数码管灭,可直接显示被测线路通断情况。后续断路补焊工作时,直接拔除相关线路,无需繁琐判定工作。电路采用电池或移动电源供电,即插即用,可随身携带,适用性广。单片机电路代替大设备完成线路通断检测功能,大幅度节省了检测耗时,提高了大型设备利用率,为实现产品快速流转提供了一定程度的便利,2018年为企业节创约25万元,节约了大型设备的成本支出。
It was needed to detect continuity of strain line with test equipment before stress testing,the test equipment in using had complex connections,it was needed that disassembly repeatedly the whole circuit system in detection and formal test.Besides,there were some conflicts of multiple sites duplicated transport,and the detections occupy the testing equipment resources and human resources issues.Aimed at above problems,it was put forward that a kind of singlechip circuit that needed 51 MCU LED display circuit,singlechip repeatedly scanned LED on/off.When the channel worked,the line numbers should be showed in the digital tube,when the channel broke,the electric circuit showed the lines directly,removed the small circuit directly before repairing the bad line without recording the numbers.The circuit was powered by a battery or mobile power,it was Plug-and-Play,portable and widespread applicability.The test equipment has been replaced by singlechip circuit in detection function,it saved testing time,improved the utilization of large scale equipment,and provided convenience for products`rapid circulating.The introduction of small circuits created a saving of about$250,000 costing savings for large scale equipment of enterprise.
