弹箭用铝及铝合金导电氧化工艺标准化研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对弹箭产品在存储及演习过程中出现铝及铝合金零部件生锈及导电不良的现象,从人、机、料、法、环、测等方面,对造成导电氧化质量不稳定的原因进行了分析;通过大量试验,研制出了适合弹箭智能产品的导电氧化工艺,所获得的膜层耐蚀性和导电性达到了最佳平衡。并从生产实际出发,研制出了膜层耐蚀性和导电性的在线快速检测方法。其工艺参数为:铬酐2~4g/L,氟硅酸盐1~1.5g/L,磷酸0.5~0.8g/L,铁氰化钾0.2~1g/L,复合添加剂1.5~3g/L。工作条件:室温操作,氧化时间1.5~3min,pH(1.5~2)。该工艺已固化为兵器集团工艺规范在行业内推广应用。围绕工艺改进的研究过程及标准中的工艺控制要素进行分析说明,对提高兵器行业智能装备的战术性能与确保贮存期内的防腐质量具有重要意义。 In view of the rusting and poor conductivity of aluminium and aluminium alloy parts in the process of storage and military exercise of missile and rocket products,the reasons for the unstable quality of conductive oxidation were analyzed from the aspects of workers,machines,materials,methods,environment and measurement.Through a great deal of experiments,a conductive oxidation process suitable for intelligent missile and rocket products has been developed,through that,the corrosion resistance and conductivity of the obtained film can reach the optimal balance.Besides,based on the production practice,an on-line fast detection method for corrosion resistance and conductivity of the film has been developed.The process parameters are as follows:chromium anhydride 2~4 g/L,fluorosilicate 1~1.5 g/L,phosphoric acid 0.5~0.8 g/L,potassium ferricyanide 0.2~1 g/L,composite additive 1.5~3 g/L.The process was operated at room temperature,the oxidation time was 1.5~3 min and PH was 1.5~2.The process has been solidified into a standard of China NorTHIndustries Group and aimed at applying in the weapons industry.The research process of process improvement and the process control elements in the standard were analyzed and explained,the conductive oxidation process was of great significance,it can improve the tactical performance of the intelligent equipment in the weapons industry and ensure the anti-corrosion quality in the storage period.
