Values in the Citizenship of the New Generation of Migrant Workers: Characteristics, Origin and Guidance Strategy

新生代农民工的价值观问题是当前学术界研究的热点。从价值主体的自觉性、价值追求的趋同性、价值观念的多元性、价值目标的发展性等四个方面概括出新生代农民工价值观的特征,进而在分析其价值观成因的基础上,着力从完善和落实保障农民工权益的相关制度、注重人文情感关怀以及开展形式多样的素质提升工程等方面给出了培育新生代农民工价值观的路径。

The values of the new generation of migrant workers are the focus of academic research.From the value of the subject consciousness and value pursuit of convergence,the values of pluralism,value target of development,we can sum up the characteristics of its values in four aspects.Then based on the analysis of the cause of new generation of migrant workers'values,we strive to safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers from three relevant systems which can improve and implement the rights of migrant workers.We should pay attention to emotional humanities concern and carry out various forms of work to improve the quality of cultivating the path of the newg eneration of migrant workers'values.
