摘要
缄默知识是教师获得专业发展的重要基础和内在契机,对整个教育活动起着驱动和导向作用。然而当前高校教师缄默知识转化与共享面临诸多困境,存在对缄默知识的重要性认识不足、共享意愿低落、发展动力外驱化、相关评价制度尚不完善等误区,严重影响了教师个体及组织的可持续发展。因此需要通过提升教师自我反思能力、营造教师知识共享的对话情境、改革科层管理体制、完善评价制度等途径实现缄默知识显性化,不断助推新时代教师个人与整体师资队伍的专业发展。
Tacit knowledge,as a driving force in overall educational activities,is an important base of the teachers’professional development.However,at present,the transformation and sharing of the college teachers’tacit knowledge is facing many difficulties.Colleges and teachers fail to realize the importance of teachers’tacit knowledge.The willingness of our teachers’knowledge sharing is rather low,and relevant systems are not yet perfect.In order to promote the knowledge sharing,we may start from the following aspects:i.e.,improving teachers’reflection ability,establishing feasible knowledge sharing communication context,reforming the traditional management mechanism and perfecting evaluation system to promote externalization of teachers’tacit knowledge.Consequently,the professional development of teaching staff is enhanced.
