活动理论视角下社会化问答平台用户知识协同模型与关键影响因素研究——基于模糊DANP方法 被引量:13

摘要 [目的/意义]厘清社会化问答平台用户知识协同过程并识别其关键影响因素,有利于促进知识主体间的多维知识流动与创新型知识的涌现,对提升平台的知识服务质量具有重要意义。[方法/过程]从活动理论的视角分析了社会化问答平台的用户知识协同过程,提取影响用户知识协同的因素并构建了社会化问答平台用户知识协同模型。使用三角模糊数Dematel方法确立因素之间的相互影响关系,并借助DANP方法将识别出的关键影响因素权重量化。[结果/结论]结合影响因素的极限超矩阵和原因度、中心度排序结果识别出了社群文化、平台激励机制、任务适配度等社会化问答平台知识用户协同的关键影响因素并提出了相应的优化策略。 [Purpose/significance] Clarifying the process of knowledge collaboration in social Q&A platforms and identifying its key influencing factors,which can help promote the multi-dimensional knowledge flow among knowledge subjects and enable the emergence of innovative knowledge,is of great significance to improve the knowledge service quality of the platform.[Method/process]This paper analyzed the knowledge collaboration process of the social Q&A platforms from the perspective of activity theory,extracted factors affecting the knowledge collaboration,and constructed knowledge collaboration model of the social Q&A platforms.The triangular fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to establish the mutual influence relationship between factors,and the weight of the identified key influencing factors was quantified with the help of DANP method.[Result/conclusion] Based on the limit super matrix,reason degree and centrality ranking results of influencing factors,the key influencing factors of knowledge collaboration in social Q&A platforms,such as community culture,platform incentive mechanism and task adaptability were identified and corresponding optimization strategies were proposed.
