摘要
[目的/意义]用户产品评论中往往包含着复杂多样的感性情感,引入领域知识库利于全面而准确地揭示这些情感。探究一种本领域知识库构建方法,并实现交互式呈现,有助于消费者利用产品评论做出购买决策。[方法/过程]首先基于用户产品评论建立一个全面且类间关系严密的情感本体;然后插入自然语言处理后的特征-情感词对,构建出领域知识库;最后利用可视化技术、本体检索及推理技术在外部交互式动态网页中,更好地呈现出产品评论中的语义知识。[结果/结论]以智能手机领域产品评论为实验数据,实现了领域知识库的可视化呈现、语义查询及本体推理等实践应用,构建的动态网站为消费者提供良好的购买决策支持。
[Purpose/significance] Online product reviews often contain complex and affluent customer sentiments,and the introduction of domain knowledge base is beneficial to reveal these sentiments comprehensively.To explore a methodology of building domain knowledge base in a more user-friendly way will help consumers to leverage valuable product reviews for purchase decisions.[Method/process]Firstly,based on the user product reviews,a comprehensive and emotional relation ontology is built.Then,each feature-sentiment word pair,which comes from Natural Language Processing,is inserted to construct a relatively complete domain knowledge base.Finally,with ontology retrieval and reasoning as well as the techniques of information visualization,semantic knowledge in product reviews ispresented in the form of external interactive dynamic web page.[Result/conclusion]Based on the data of smart phone product reviews,the practical application of visual representation,semantic query and ontology reasoning of domain knowledge base is realized.And the dynamic website constructed in this paper provides consumers with wise purchase decision support.
