摘要 [目的/意义] STI年会是介绍和讨论科学和技术指标的构建、使用和解释的重要场所。通过对STI年会综述,揭示当前信息计量科学研究的最新进展与动态,识别科学计量学的研究热点。[方法/过程]文章从替代计量学与社交媒体、科学职业、科学技术指标、创新、开放科学、研究评估、科研诚信等方面对第23届STI年会论文进行详细述评和分析。[结果/结论]结合STI与ASIS&T、ISSI三大国际会议最新一届会议主题比较,揭示当前科学计量学和信息计量学研究的热点与趋势,具体体现在重视新方法和新技术的应用;倡导负责任研究,关注性别平等;促进科技创新指标与社会的紧密联系;加强科学计量学对科技创新研究的支撑。 [Purpose/significance] The STI Annual Meeting is the premier international conference dedicated to introduce and discuss the construction,usage and interpretation of scientific and technical indicators.Through the review of the STI’s annual meeting,it reveals the latest developments and dynamics of current information measurement science research,and identifies research hotspots in scientific metrology.[Method/process]This paper reviews and analyzes the proceeding papers of the 23 rd STI annual meeting from 8 aspects,including altmetrics and social media,careers in science,indicators of science and technology,innovation,open science,research evaluation,scientific integrity,and others.[Result/conclusion] Through the comparison of the latest conferences’ themes of STI、ASIS&T and ISSI,it reveals the hotspots and trends of current scientific metrology and information metrology research,which are embodied in the application of new methods and technologies;advocating responsible research and focusing on gender equality;promote the close connection between scientific and technological innovation indicators and society;strengthen the support of scientific metrology to scientific and technological innovation research.
