宁镇扬三市同城化不但给镇江市带来了发展机遇也带来了新挑战。镇江旅游产业除了主动吸收南京的溢出效应,更要看到由于资源、技术和条件的差异,南京对镇江巨大的旅游虹吸效应,对镇江旅游会造成巨大的威胁。镇江旅游发展应该理顺这种竞合关系,结合经济发展实际,发挥自己的优势,以特色旅游为基础开辟旅游发展新路径,最大限度的化解南京在同城化中的旅游虹吸效应,把发展劣势变为优势。
