摘要 随着职业教育的发展和社会对技能型人才需求的不断提高,高职院校迎来了发展的黄金时期,同时也带来了激烈的竞争压力。高职教师是高职院校的重要资源,也是高职院校核心竞争力的代表。作为现代人力资源管理的重要内容之一,绩效管理是评价和激发高职教师人力资源水平的有效措施。虽然我国很多高职院校教师绩效管理工作已全面开展,但由于绩效管理属于新生事物,受各种因素的影响和制约,但还不能深入日常工作,影响了绩效管理的成效。鉴于此,本文对高职教师绩效管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了几点建议,以期有所借鉴价值。 With the development of vocational education and the continuous improvement of the demand for skilled talents in the society, higher vocational colleges have ushered in a golden period of development, and at the same time brought fierce competitive pressure. Higher vocational teachers are an important re source for higher vocational colleges and a representative of the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. As one of the important contents of modern human resource management, the performance man agement is an effective measure to evaluate and stimulate the human resources level of higher vocational teachers. The performance management of teachers in many higher vocational colleges in China has been fully carried out. Since the performance management is a new thing and is affected and restricted by vari ous factors, it cannot penetrate the daily work and affect the effectiveness of performance management. In view of this, it is discussed the problems existing in the performance management of higher vocational teachers, and put forward some suggestions, in order to draw some reference value.
