战略导向、吸收能力与服务创新绩效的关系研究——环境不确定性的调节作用

A Study on the Relationship among Strategic Orientation, Absorption Capacity and Service Innovation Performance——The Regulatory Role of Environmental Uncertainty

企业通过战略导向从外部获取异质性的、新的关键知识,利用吸收能力整合企业内外部知识并创造新知识,能够促进服务创新并提升创新绩效。为了揭示战略导向、吸收能力和服务创新三者之间的作用机制,利用298份样本数据和结构方程模型进行实证研究。结果表明:战略导向的各维度均对吸收能力具有正向作用;吸收能力对服务创新绩效呈现正向作用;环境不确定性的不同维度对企业服务创新绩效的影响在不同维度表现出不同的调节作用。

Enterprises can acquire heterogeneous and new key knowledge from outside through strategic orientation.They integrate internal and external knowledge to create new knowledge by using absorptive capacity,which can promote service innovation and improve innovation performance.In order to reveal the interaction mechanism among strategic orientation,absorptive capacity and service innovation,298 sample data and structural equation model are used to conduct empirical research.The results show that:all dimensions of strategic orientation all have positive effects on absorptive capacity;absorptive capacity has positive effects on service innovation performance;different dimensions of environmental uncertainty have different regulatory effects on different dimensions of enterprise service innovation performance.
