基于利益相关者均衡博弈的历史文化名镇旅游开发研究——以云南鲁史古镇为例

历史文化名镇旅游开发需要利益相关者各方的有序参与,以共同建立一种均衡的利益关系契约和机制。平衡的利益分配格局将有效确保历史文化名镇的有序开发、保障开发过程中平衡各方利益诉求、促进历史文化名镇在开发中实现保护。鲁史古镇在实际的旅游开发过程中,要统筹做好前期旅游规划、建立各方利益相关者协同参与的古镇综合管理部门、完善旅游业发展的监督、反馈机制以均衡好当地居民、开发商和政府三方之间的旅游收益。

Tourism development in historical and cultural towns requires efficient participation of all parties to establish a balanced interest contract and mechanism jointly.The balanced distribution of interests will effectively ensure the orderly development of historical and cultural towns,ensure the balance of interests of all parties in the development process and promote the protection of historic towns.During the tourism development process of Lushi Ancient Town,balance between the local residents,developers and the government is required by doing a good job in pre-tourism planning,establishing an integrated management department of the ancient towns with participation of all stakeholders,and improving the supervision and feedback mechanism of tourism development.By doing this,the endogenous potential of tourism development in the Lushi Town and the overall development of the local social,economic and cultural development of the ancient town of Lushi will be achieved.
