摘要
基础教育是人才教育的重要环节,在基础教育中人才意识和人才培养尤为重要,语文师资的培养是人才教育的关键,语文师资的培养的基本平台就是高等师范院校。在新课标的实施过程中,云南基础教育面临新的机遇和挑战。高师院校对基础教育语文师资的培养面临新的任务,遇到瓶颈,出现新的矛盾和问题,高师院校需要反思基础教育语文师资的培养。结合云南实际,探寻基础教育语文师资存在的困惑与矛盾。从问题到方法提炼出语文基础教育师资培养模式,丰富和完善基础教育师资培养的理论与实践体系。
Basic education is an important link in talent education,talent awareness and talent training in basic education is particularly important,the training of language teachers is the key to talent education,the basic platform of language teacher training is higher normal colleges.In the process of implementing the new curriculum,Yunnan's basic education is facing new opportunities and challenges.Higher education colleges and universities face new tasks in the training of basic education language teachers,encountering bottlenecks,new contradictions and problems,colleges and universities need to reflect on the training of basic education language teachers.Combined with the reality of Yunnan,we explore the confusion and contradiction of the Chinese teachers in basic education.From the problem to the method to extract the language basic education teacher training model,enrich and improve the basic education teacher training theory and practice system.
