摘要
目的观察短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)应用氯吡格雷与阿托伐他汀联合治疗对血管性血友病因子(von willebrand factor,vWF)及基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年5月本院收治的TIA患者78例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氯吡格雷与阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组vWF、MMP-9以及炎症因子[高敏-C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)]水平。结果观察组治疗后vWF、MMP-9、hs-CRP与Lp-PLA2水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对TIA患者,应用氯吡格雷与阿托伐他汀联合治疗可降低vWF、MMP-9水平,缓解炎症反应,利于促进患者恢复健康。
Objective To observe the effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin on von Willebrand factor(vWF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA). Methods 78 TIA patients admitted in the hospital from January 2017 to May2018 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 39 cases in each group. Control group was given routine treatment, while observation group was treated with clopidogrel and atorvastatin based on control group. The levels of vWF,MMP-9, inflammatory factors [hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)] were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of vWF, MMP-9, hs-CRP, Lp-PLA2 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin in treatment of TIA can decease the levels of vWF and MMP-9, relieve inflammatory response and promote patients’ recovery.
