HPV感染和宫颈上皮内瘤病变相关性的临床分析

Clinical analysis of correlation between HPV infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染和宫颈上皮内瘤病变相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月本院拟诊断为宫颈癌上皮内瘤变的患者75例,其中CINⅠ级及以上病变为组织病理学阳性的患者50例设定为病变组;宫颈正常的组织病理学阴性患者25例设定为正常组,两组均接受HPV感染检测。结果病变组HPV阳性率明显高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV阳性率随着宫颈病变级别的增加而升高(P<0.05);HPV阳性患者中单一感染率为66.67%,多重感染率为33.33%;宫颈上皮内瘤变阳性率和HPV感染阳性率呈现为正向相关性(r=0.558,P<0.05)。结论 HPV感染和宫颈上皮内瘤病变表现为正相关,二者可互相影响。

Objective To investigate the correlation between human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods 75 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, including 50 patients with CIN I or above grade lesions positive for histopathology were assigned to lesion group, and 25 patients with normal cervical histopathology negative were assigned to normal group. Both groups were tested for HPV infection. Results The positive rate of HPV in lesion group was significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.05). The positive rate of HPV increased with the increase of cervical lesion grade(P<0.05). The single infection rate was 66.67%, the multiple infection rate was 33.33%.The positive rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and HPV infection was positively correlated(r=0.558, P<0.05). Conclusion HPV infection is positively correlated with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and they can influence each other.
