人才供给侧改革环境的发展,给当前大学生就业创业教育工作提出了较高要求,需要不断采用科学合理的教学手段,设计教学环节,给学生创建出较多实践机会,培养学生的就业创业能力。本文主要是从当前大学人才培养的不足之处分析入手,重点介绍了人才供给侧改革下大学生就业创业教育的重要性,并提出了一些大学生就业创业教育的实施路径,为提升大学生的就业创业能力提供良好的借鉴和参考。
