反思与重构:我国现代高校学生组织研究

Reflection and Reconstruction: A Study on Student Organization in Modern Colleges in China

高校学生组织在传承学校文化、引领思想与管理服务育人方面有着重要作用。从学生组织的历史形成来看,现代高校学生组织源于高校发展,实质是高校治理的需要。从学生组织的演进过程来看,实则是现代高校学生心理、个性变化的表现。本文指出,新时代学生组织要结合学生特点主动融入学校发展;高校要加强学生组织对学校重要事务的知情权、参与权、咨询权、表达权;把握自由与权利张力;配强学生组织指导老师,创新活动形式与活动内容;不断加强学生组织内涵建设,加强学生的文化自信。

The college student organization plays an important role in inheriting the school culture,activating the campus atmosphere,leading ideas and managing services to educate people.From the perspective of the formation of the history of student organizations,student organizations originated from the development of universities,which is essentially the need of university governance.From the perspective of the evolution of student organization,the fact is that the modern college student organization service ability is weakened,the class basic organization is declining,and the emerging virtual student organization with network as a tool is emerging.This paper points out that the new age student organization should integrate the characteristics of students into the school development;higher colleges should strengthen student organizations’right to know,participate,consult and express about important affairs of the school;grasp the tension of freedom and power;strengthen the student organization guidance teacher;innovate the forms and content of activities;constantly strengthen the construction of student organizations and strengthen students’cultural self-confidence.
