Under the background of macro-market economy,the strategic value of talent is becoming more and more prominent,and it is becoming the core capital of competition in various industries.Education is the foundation of a century-long plan.Education as the main position of talent cultivation,its development is imperative,and teachers as an important support for the development of the cause,its professional construction is essential.Higher vocational normal students are facing many requirements and challenges,and the cultivation of key abilities is particularly necessary,and the related research has attracted much attention.Based on an overview of the key competencies of normal college students in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyses the practical difficulties in the training process,and focuses on the relevant optimization strategies.
