The Research of Applied Talents Training for Tourism Management Major under the “Internet+” Background

在"互联网+"深入旅游业的现实背景下,旅游业呈现出定制化、散客化、休闲化、品质化与智能化等特征,对新时期旅游管理应用型人才的需求也提出了新的要求。研究通过分析了当前"互联网+"背景下旅游管理专业应用型人成才培养方面存在的现实问题,结合实际梳理出了人才需求的特点,从知识结构、能力结构和综合素质三个层面提出"互联网+"背景下旅游管理专业应用型人成才的能力培养思路。研究为新时期旅游应用型人才培养提供了思路借鉴。

Under the background of"Internet+"deepening tourism industry,it’s characterized by customization,individual travelers,leisure,quality and intelligence.It also puts forward new requirements for the applied talents of tourism management in the new period.Based on the analysis of the"Internet+"background of tourism management major’s application-oriented personnel training problems and combined with the characteristics of talent demand from the knowledge structure,ability structure and comprehensive quality,The research puts forward the path of application-oriented personnel training.The research provides a reference for the cultivation of tourism applied talents in the new era.
