摘要 随着我国的快速发展,社会对技能型人才的需求量日益增大。职业院校以培养技能型人才为主,国家要求培养出的人才应符合社会主义核心价值观的总体要求,也就是说要将"立德树人"融于对高职学生的职业素养的教育中去,让社会主义核心价值观融于专业教学。餐饮管理是一门实践性很强的专业,本文以该专业为例,浅析基于立德树人理念的专业教育思考,力求通过课程的设计将社会主义核心价值观内化于心、外化于行,成为高职学生将来做人、做事的道德行为准则。 As the rapid development of our country,the demand for skilled talents is increasing day by day.Vocational colleges focus on training skilled talents,meanwhile the requirements of the state should meet the overall requirements of socialist core values,which means it is necessary to integrate"the enhancement of moral education and the cultivation of people"into the education of vocational quality of higher vocational students.The paper takes food and beverage management as an example,which is a highly practical college,and then analyzes the education of colleges.We strive to internalize and externalize socialist core values through curriculum design,and then try to become a moral code of conduct for higher vocational students in their future life and work.
