高校学生党支部组织力提升的路径探析

高校学生党支部的组织力建设不仅关系到基层党组织的凝聚力和战斗力建设,也是高校开展学生思想教育工作和教育教学工作的切入点。十九大报告指出,要以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能,发挥基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用,这对学生党支部的建设提出了新的要求。针对高校学生党支部建设中的现实问题,需要从党支部的支委领导力、组织结构力、政治引领力、支部凝聚力和发展推动力等方面来提升高校学生党支部的组织力。

The organizational strength of the Party branch of college students is not only related to the cohesiveness and combat effectiveness of grassroots Party organizations,but also the entry point for college students to carry out ideological education and education.The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to focus on improving organizational power,highlighting political functions,and giving play to the role of the battle bastion of grassroots Party branches.This puts new demands on the construction of student Party branches.In view of the practical problems in the construction of college students’Party branches,it is necessary to enhance the organizational strength of college student Party branches from the leadership,organizational structure,political leadership,and cohesion and development impetus of the Party branch.
