课堂教学是高校大学生思想政治教育的主渠道。随着时代的发展,单一的课堂教学已经无法满足高校大学生的日常思想教育工作。在这种形势下,思政教育工作者面临着诸多挑战,要在工作中不断完善自我,加强自身理论学习,并从单一的课堂教学中走出来,思考用更多的方式将高校大学生日常思想政治教育工作落到实处,如开展第二课堂、谈心谈话等方式,对学生的思想状态和价值取向起到潜移默化的影响。本文主要研究高校大学生日常思想政治教育方法,通过提升高校学生思政教育工作者专业素质,充分发挥其示范和引领作用;通过组织高质量的社会实践活动,搭建日常思想政治教育平台;通过利用网络多媒体平台,主动占领网络思想政治教育新阵地;通过组建优秀班级干部团队,培养学生独立、克服困难的精神;通过提高日常思政教育中运用心理学知识的能力,帮助高校大学生形成完整、健康的人格。

Classroom teaching is the main channel of ideological and political education for college students.With the development of the times,ideological and political educators are facing many challenges.The single classroom teaching has been unable to meet the daily ideological and political education of college students.This paper mainly studies the methods of daily ideological and political education of college students,by improving the professional quality of ideological and political educators.The ability to use psychological knowledge in daily ideological and political education helps college students form a complete and healthy personality.
