民办高校高素质人才培养以优秀的师资队伍为支撑,高校辅导员队伍建设是提高高校师资水平的重要途径,也是促进高校建设、实现学生发展的重要依托。本文以新乡医学院三全学院为例,研究民办高校辅导员队伍建设的意义与困境,探索民办高校辅导员队伍建设的具体路径,为民办高校辅导员队伍建设提供参考。

The training of high-quality talents in private colleges and universities is supported by excellent teachers.The construction of college counselors is an important way to improve the level of teachers in colleges and universities and is also an important support to promote the construction of colleges and universities and realize the development of students.Taking the Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical College as an example,this paper studies the significance and dilemma of the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities,explores the specific path of the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities and provides reference for the construction of counselors in private colleges and universities.
