Cultivating critical thinking ability has been the education goal and of high priority for educators in and aboard to pursue since the last century.Also,it is the prominent goal for English teachers to improve students’critical thinking ability in normal university.Teachers are the core force and primary source during the process.Therefore,improving teachers’critical thinking ability is the core of teachers’development.
